PSA Oxygen Plant
We manufacture and supply a ‘plug and play’ fully automatic Oxygen Generator plant with a cost-effective, reliable and safe solution for small to medium oxygen requirements using Pressure Swing Adsorption Technology (PSA) for hospitals and industries. This provides oxygen gas of 90% to 95% equivalent Purity.
In the PSA technology, the Compressed air from a dedicated air compressor enters an Air Pretreatment Package which comprises a desiccant air-dryer with pre and final filters which removes oil, moisture, and particulate from the air.
The clean, dry air then passes to the adsorption bed which adsorbs Nitrogen, CO2 and other trace gases by the molecular sieve, allowing oxygen to pass through to the product buffer. After a pre-set time, when the adsorption bed is almost saturated with adsorbed gases, the system automatically switches the bed . The system operates continuously, automatically switching between beds to ensure a constant flow of Oxygen gas.
